AIRA · Governed Decision Intelligence

Powerful AI without giving up control, evidence or accountability.

AIRA Systems builds AI systems for real organisational decisions. We start with the system, the accountable owner and the evidence required—then automate only where measurable value can be proven.

Vision

Vision

A future in which people and AI work together within systems that augment intelligence without surrendering human responsibility, autonomy or trust.

Mission

Mission

AIRA Systems builds governed decision intelligence that helps organisations make complex decisions faster and better, with evidence, traceability, governance and human control built into the system itself.

Canonical strategy

Prove value in real decision workflows. Productise what repeats.

AIRA does not aim to win by building the most AI features. We select workflows where time, evidence, control and accountability create measurable value, validate them through advisory and paid pilots, and productise repeated patterns into a reusable governed intelligence core.

Culture to execution

The habits that keep strategy real.

01

System before automation

Understand goals, actors, rules, data and consequences before automating.

02

Evidence before hype

Claims, confidence and commercial promises must remain connected to evidence.

03

Customer problem before feature

Technical novelty matters only when it improves a real workflow.

04

Measure before claiming

A pilot establishes what changed; assumptions do not become results.

05

Human responsibility stays explicit

Consequential authority, review and escalation remain visible.

06

Learn fast without losing governance

Tools and tactics may change quickly; strategic principles change deliberately.

Seeing relationships, constraints and consequences.

AIRA approaches complex questions as systems: who is trying to achieve what, which rules and incentives shape behaviour, where information is lost, and which consequences appear elsewhere in the chain.

That systems perspective is translated into repeatable software, pilot methods and governance so customers can use the method without every decision depending on one person.

Current market stage

Structured pilot validation. Evidence before product-market fit.

AIRA is deliberately operating in structured market validation. Paid pilots are not scaled-down product demos; they are tests of real customer problems: is the problem urgent enough, does measurable value emerge, does the solution fit the organisation and its governance context, and does the customer want to continue, expand or reuse it?

Problem-solution fit is strong enough to test this hypothesis in the market. We claim product-market fit only when multiple independent customers recognise the same core problem, pay for a comparable outcome, achieve measurable value and that pattern becomes increasingly repeatable in both acquisition and delivery.

Credibility

Locally rooted. Built for European organisations.

AIRA is developed from Sneek, with the Netherlands as its first market and Europe as the broader operating environment. That local base does not limit the ambition: by building close to real organisations, workflows and public-sector contexts, AIRA can combine technical depth with the requirements European organisations place on control, evidence, privacy and governance.

AIRA’s research and development activities have received a WBSO award. That is not a product certification, but it is external recognition that the underlying technical development qualifies as research and development work. For AIRA, it fits a broader discipline: substantiate technically first, prove it in real organisations next, and scale only after that.

Bring us one costly decision workflow.

We first determine whether the problem is measurable, governable and valuable enough for a pilot. Each pilot keeps one authorised owner on the customer side accountable for consequential decisions; AIRA provides analysis, system development and advice. No credible fit means no pilot recommendation.

PRIVACY · GOVERNANCE · CONTROL

Trust is a system requirement.

AIRA treats data minimisation, purpose boundaries, human review, traceability and deployment-specific governance as design constraints—not as a legal badge added afterwards.

We avoid blanket claims that every deployment is automatically GDPR- or AI Act-compliant; applicable obligations depend on the organisation, data, role and use case.
