Privacy & AI processing

Relevant workflow answers are processed server-side to generate your assessment. When the AI layer is available, those workflow answers are sent to AIRA’s configured AI provider. Contact details are only asked after you have seen the assessment and are not included in the AI request.

Do not submit client dossiers, special-category personal data, passwords, secrets or confidential documents.

03 · Free workflow assessment

First the answer. Then the reasoning.

AIRA combines fixed scoring and guardrails with an AI-generated explanation when the AI service is available.

04 · Market validation

Three quick questions — then you get the full report.

You already have the free answer. These questions help us learn whether the problem and proposition are commercially real.

No order or obligation is created. Your assessment remains yours to use even if you choose no next step.

PRIVACY · GOVERNANCE · CONTROL

Trust is a system requirement.

AIRA treats data minimisation, purpose boundaries, human review, traceability and deployment-specific governance as design constraints—not as a legal badge added afterwards.

We avoid blanket claims that every deployment is automatically GDPR- or AI Act-compliant; applicable obligations depend on the organisation, data, role and use case.
