CONTACT · ONE WORKFLOW FIRST

Bring one workflow that costs too much time, attention or decision quality.

We will first determine whether AI is actually the right intervention. If there is a credible fit, we define the workflow, owner, baseline, controls and next step.

01 · FIT

A useful first conversation answers four questions.

01

What is slow or difficult?

Choose one concrete workflow rather than a broad digital-transformation ambition.

02

What does it cost today?

Time, manual review, missed signals, delay, rework or decision uncertainty.

03

Who remains responsible?

Human authority and review are defined before automation.

04

What would count as proof?

Agree on a baseline and success criteria before calling the pilot successful.

02 · ROUTE

Choose the route that fits your situation.

BUSINESS

For companies

Commercial workflows, opportunity intelligence, document work and repeatable knowledge tasks.

PUBLIC

For public organisations

Policy, procurement and case workflows where evidence, accountability and human authority matter.

Start with the problem. Not with the AI.

If the workflow is measurable and governable, we can turn it into a bounded pilot. If not, we say so.

PRIVACY · GOVERNANCE · CONTROL

Trust is a system requirement.

AIRA treats data minimisation, purpose boundaries, human review, traceability and deployment-specific governance as design constraints—not as a legal badge added afterwards.

We avoid blanket claims that every deployment is automatically GDPR- or AI Act-compliant; applicable obligations depend on the organisation, data, role and use case.

Information security

ISO/IEC 27001 readiness

Security management, access, risk and operational controls are developed against an ISO/IEC 27001 readiness baseline.

AI management

ISO/IEC 42001 informed

AI governance, human oversight and accountable lifecycle management are designed with ISO/IEC 42001 as a relevant reference framework.

AI risk management

ISO/IEC 23894 informed

AI risk identification, assessment, treatment and monitoring are informed by the ISO/IEC 23894 risk-management framework.

Reference frameworks and readiness direction only; this does not claim certification.
