AIRA pilot for municipalities and public organisations

Prepare faster. Keep decisions accountable.

Test governed AI on one policy, procurement or case workflow. AI supports; the authorised professional decides. Sources, assumptions, uncertainty, human corrections and responsibility remain visible.

Public applications

For work where speed must never weaken due care.

01

Policy & scenarios

Structure sources, actors, assumptions, options and downstream effects before administrative judgement.

02

Procurement & preparation

Compare requirements, evidence and risks without automating formal responsibility.

03

Cases & delivery

Analyse documents and claims, surface missing evidence and record professional corrections.

BOUNDED PILOT

One bounded process. One measurable baseline. One controlled AI pilot.

AIRA does not start with a large IT implementation. Together we select one labour-intensive or difficult-to-control process, establish the current baseline, then measure the same indicators with AIRA.

Measure public value

No generic percentage. Evidence from your own process.

Public value is wider than time saved. The baseline therefore combines speed, quality, control and usability.

  • End-to-end handling time
  • Manual work and hand-offs
  • Volume of document review
  • Completeness and traceability of evidence and sources
  • Time to a supported decision

QUESTIONS A MUNICIPALITY SHOULD ASK AIRA

Not only: “Can AI do this?” Above all: “Can we stand behind this administratively?”

A responsible pilot starts with accountability, evidence and control—not with model capability.

  • Who remains responsible for a decision?
  • Which sources, rules and data were used?
  • Can AIRA surface uncertainty, contradictions and missing evidence?
  • Can we reconstruct afterwards how an advice was produced?
  • How are hallucinations and overconfidence constrained?
  • How are privacy, GDPR/DPIA and the EU AI Act considered?
  • Where is data stored and who has access?
  • What happens when a model, provider or integration fails or changes?
  • How does AIRA reduce vendor and model lock-in?
  • How are human corrections, overrides and dissenting views recorded?

Governance from day one

AI supports. The authorised professional decides.

  • Roles, access and data use are bounded
  • Source, assumption and uncertainty remain inspectable
  • No autonomous administrative or executive decision
  • Risk, privacy and information-security review included
  • Results support a documented stop, improve or scale decision

WHY AIRA

Governed decision intelligence with assessable safeguards.

The public proposition focuses on the safeguards a municipality must be able to assess: evidence, traceability, human authority, interoperability and privacy-conscious governance.

01

Governed decision intelligence

Governance and decision authority are part of the workflow, not an afterthought.

02

Evidence & provenance

Sources and their lineage remain visible where the workflow requires them.

03

Auditability & reconstructability

Consequential analysis is designed to be reviewable and reconstructable.

04

Model-independent architecture

Models and providers can be replaceable where practical instead of defining the system.

05

Interoperability

AIRA is designed to connect with existing systems, data and tools rather than replace everything.

06

Human-in-the-loop

AI supports; the authorised professional retains decision authority.

07

Privacy & governance by design

Data use, access, review and governance boundaries are considered from pilot design onward.

Systems thinking

A public workflow is a system of law, people, information and consequences.

AIRA maps those relationships before it proposes automation. That makes hidden dependencies, displaced workload and legitimacy risks visible early.

MARKET VALIDATION

A paid pilot validates customer value and market fit signals—not PMF by itself.

We measure the baseline, actual operational value, governance and adoption fit, and whether there is real pull to continue or expand. AIRA is at the paid-pilot / market-validation stage. Product-market fit requires the same pattern to repeat across multiple independent customers.

Discuss a municipal pilot

Bring one process that requires substantial manual work, control or accountability. Together we examine whether governed AI can add demonstrable value.

PRIVACY · GOVERNANCE · CONTROL

Trust is a system requirement.

AIRA treats data minimisation, purpose boundaries, human review, traceability and deployment-specific governance as design constraints—not as a legal badge added afterwards.

We avoid blanket claims that every deployment is automatically GDPR- or AI Act-compliant; applicable obligations depend on the organisation, data, role and use case.

Information security

ISO/IEC 27001 readiness

Security management, access, risk and operational controls are developed against an ISO/IEC 27001 readiness baseline.

AI management

ISO/IEC 42001 informed

AI governance, human oversight and accountable lifecycle management are designed with ISO/IEC 42001 as a relevant reference framework.

AI risk management

ISO/IEC 23894 informed

AI risk identification, assessment, treatment and monitoring are informed by the ISO/IEC 23894 risk-management framework.

Reference frameworks and readiness direction only; this does not claim certification.
